Six years of guilfans and his colleagues from the profile research institutes investigated the components of foreign anti-rolling reagents. The main goal was to create an effective and harmless material, which will melt the ice better than salt with sand, and will not apply such a significant damage to the natural environment. And although it was difficult, the guilfans did not give up, he believed that antifungal materials were capable of acting without side effects.
Hilfov worked hard, and this led to success. He and several other scientists became the authors of a patent for an antifungal reagent, corresponding to European quality standards.
The Urals plant of antifungal materials was launched in 2007. The main raw material, which is used for the production of antigolide materials is mined in the Perm region.
Over the decade, Hilfan has registered four new patents on technologies in the field of road and oil production. Research and development is carried out so far.
The plant regularly awarded prizes and celebrate in contests, and its founder became the best employer of 2014. Now UZPM - advanced production with laboratories and research and development center.

In 2016, the case was returned to the prosecutor due to the unreasonably accusation. In 2017, the Moscow City Court confirmed the decision on the illogical accusation. None of the arguments were recognized as valid. Thus, the guilfanov justified the courts at once several instances.
Today, in addition to the fact that Rustam Guilfanov continues to work on the development of the winter content industry, it also supports numerous social projects. Part of the income from the business goes to cultural, sports and environmental events.
