This chronicle of the formation of a whole genre culture, the chronology of the emergence of other well-known rock bands, whose creativity has become a visiting card of the domestic genre of Hevi-Metal.The history of creation and composition
Speaking about the background, it should be remembered in 1982, when the students of Mai Vitaly Dubinin and Vladimir Colassinin created an amateur rock band "Magic Twilight". Dubinin acted and played the bass guitar, then Arthur Berkut came to the role of vocalist. However, the team quickly collapsed.
In 1985, the Holvestin joined the VIA "Singing Hearts", led by Viktor Vestein. For him, Alik Granovsky and Valery Kipelov came as accompanying composition. The guys played in Via, but dreamed at all about other music.
The idea of creating your male team playing in the style of heavy rock, embodied Holvesin and Granovsky. The new group was called "Aria". The idea of the name belonged to Vladimir, who appreciated his conciseness and the same spelling on Cyrillic and Latin.
The date of the base of the team is meant on October 31, 1985 - the day of the release of the first studio album "Mania Majesti". By this time, the composition finally became true: the soloist - Valery Kipelov, the drummer - Igor Molchanov, the sound operator - Alexander Lvov, back-vocalist - Kirill Pokrovsky, guitarists - Vladimir Khvestinin and Andrei Bolshakov.
In 1986, the Group held the first concert, took part in several festivals, including the Rock Panorama-86, thanks to the last speech, the guys appeared on TV. However, the activities of the team could not be called full. The guys played heating on sanctioned concerts. The genre "non-format" did not miss ideological considerations.
Director of the Vectyne Group showed the miracles of ingenuity to approve the Music Concert Program "Aria" from the All-Union Cudciste. The material "veiled" by real arias from the well-known operas, "justifying" the name was prescribed by the authors of the compositions of respected songwall poets.
And here is a victory! On September 12, 1986, the Commission approved the Solo Group of Group and its name. Then no one thought that in December of the same year the group would remain without the main composition.
The split was called for a long time. Canvyin and Bolshakov did not converge in creative views. Musicians were unhappy with young earnings and eternal censorship, presenting the claims of Vestein. As a result, Bolshakov, Granovsky, Molchanov and Pokrovsky leave and form a "master". Leaves the team and Alexander Lviv at the invitation of the Gorky Park group.
To the remaining in the "Aria", Vitaly Dubinin, who played in the "Magic Twilight", as well as the guitarist Sergey Mavrin and the drummer Maxim Desta, was played. This composition will later be called "classic", and the third album recorded by the musicians is "asphalt hero" (1987) - will also be a classic in the discography of the group. In 1987-1988, Aria made a tour of the USSR tour and left for the first time in Germany. In October 1988, musicians, dissatisfied with the management of Verse, go to the new director Yuri Fishkina. And in 1989, under his auspices, the new album "Aryans" is "game with fire".
90s steel for a group of difficult period. Concerts, tour - all that yesterday still filled the life of the musicians, suddenly began to disappear. Financial difficulties led to the fact that a split occurred in the group again. In 1994, "Aryans" returned after the tour in Germany, without earning anything in fact.
Locked with the organizers, the musicians began to look for additional earnings. At the suggestion of friends from the Master group, Valery Kipelov began to perform in clubs to earn. It did not like other "Aryans". They announced the replacement of vocalist. Offended Kipelov ripped relations with former colleagues. Following him, Sergey Mavrin leaves. Sergey Terentyev comes to his place.
However, it goes to Kipelis for a while. With new vocalists, "Aria" did not develop, and the record company did not want to work with the Aryans without Kippelov. Under the threats of sanctions, Dubinin and Holvestin are negotiated with him about returning. Together they recorded the sixth album "Night shorter day" (1995).
Since 1998, namely, from the release of the album "Generator Evil", the media glory of the Aria group begins. The empty clip fell into the rotation of the MUZ-TV channel and the top lines of the hit parade took the top lines for a long time. In 1999, Aria fills radio ester, this contributes to the success of the song "Careless Angel". Such a broad rotation allowed musicians to gain new generation fans.
2001 was marked by the release of the album "Chimera", many songs from which instantly became hits. At this time, one of the leaders of Valery Kipelov, who used to be fond of solo projects, finally decided to break away from the collective.
Thus, in the summer of 2002, after a farewell tour of the group and the final concert in Luzhniki, Kipelov and supported His Terentyev and Manyakin left "Aria", declaring the creation of a new group of "Kipelov". The first album of the musicians was marked by Bladlae "I am free" (it was written back in 1997 and entered the Joint Album of Maution and Kipelova "Troubles"), which brought a group on the top of the rock charts.
Meanwhile, "Aria" also reached the fruit of success. Album of the Baptism Fire Group, recorded with the new vocalist Arthur Berkut, became the leader of the rock charts. As part of the Aria's Berkut, he spent almost 10 fruitful years, during which wonderful projects were implemented: participation in the metal opera "Elfi Manuscript" (2004), a concert tour "Dance of Ada" (2006-2007), a concert tour dedicated The 20th anniversary of the Album "Hero Asphalt" (2007-2008), the Festival "Aria Fest", which later became traditional, and many others.
In 2011, the Group announced the departure from Arthur Berkut. The intrigue around the name of the new vocalist was heated rumors about the return of Kipelov. But he immediately refused: his team was already famous and prepared to celebrate the decade.
Mikhail Limitnikov became a new vocalist "Aria" from the Grand Courage group. With the new soloist "Aria" released the album "Live in Studio" in 2012, where the rises of the old group hits. After that, the team began active concert-tour activities in Russia and abroad.
In 2016, in the group's biography - an outstanding event: "Aria" first performed in the Kremlin at a concert dedicated to the Day of Cosmonautics. "Aryans" performed hit the "point of no return", the music to which Mikhail Limnikov wrote.
Music
The group began to play in the style of classic havi metal. And in the early stages, the guidelines in creativity were such Grande as Rainbow, Scorpions, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. In the first foreign trip to Germany, the group was even called Russian Iron Maiden.
Often the changing composition, new trends, increasing competition - all this affected the transformation of the musical genre "Aria". Soon the traditional Russian overflows become its visiting card.
The end of the 90s and the beginning of the "zero" is the time of the first lyrical rock ballad ("lost paradise", the "fragment of ice"), thanks to which the group at times increased the circle of listeners.
In 2001, the team begins experiments with classics. At the Rock Festival "Invasion-2001" "Aria" first made the "Globalis" symphony orchestra Konstantin Krimsz, and in 2002 he held a joint tour, which called "Classical Aria". In 2015, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Group, the musicians revived the "Classic Aria" project, having worked with Swedish conductor Ulf Vadbrandt. And in 2017, rockers went to the Tour of the same name.

Now "Aria" is working on a new album, the release of which is scheduled for autumn 2018. The group still includes permanent Vladimir Holstinin and Vitaly Dubinin (guitar and bass guitar), as well as guitarist Sergey Popov, Drummer Maxim Destav and vocalist - Mikhail Limitikov.
