Vladimir Vladimirovich Sipyagin was born in Kharkov on February 18, 1970. His father was a military. The family often moved and in Ukraine turned out to be debt. The governor himself considers himself an indigenous inhabitant of the region, since all his ancestors on the men's line occur from the Suddle of the Sudgorieskiy district (the mother policy from the Ivanovo region).
Sipyagin studied at school in knats. Having finished the secondary education and served in the army, he moved to Vladimir. In 1990, the young man received the first job - an economist engineer at a local enterprise. The next 4 years he worked in financial institutions and commercial structures. Politics and Career
The decision to go to the policy of Sipyagin accepted in the early 2000s. In 2001, he entered the Russian Academy of State Services under the President of the Russian Federation, after which he continued to education in the Magistracy of Ranjigs. In 2012, Vladimir Vladimirovich joined the ranks of the LDPR and became an assistant to deputy Vitaly Zolochevsky. A year later, Sipyagin took his place and first tried to participate in the governor's elections. Then he was only on 3 positions, giving way to candidates from the Communist Party and United Russia.
In 2013, Vladimir Vladimirovich becomes a deputy of the Regional Legislative Assembly, where the head of the LDPR faction is headed. Sipyagin was engaged in issues of agrarian policies, investment, innovation and strategic planning.
In 2016, he is running into the State Duma VII convocation, but unsuccessfully: in the district he scored only 10.05% of the votes, out of 10 candidates becoming only third. As a result, the deputy was then the representative of United Russia Igor Igoshin.
After 2 years, Sipyagin is re-elected to the Regional Duma. This time in the list of the party, his name is the second after Zhirinovsky. Those elections for the LDPR have become particularly successful: according to the results of the party scored 20.8% of the votes.
In September 2018, the provincial elections are appointed in the Vladimir region, and Sipyagin makes the second attempt to participate in them. Just run 4 candidates, only two were held in the 2nd round - Vladimir Sipyagin and Svetlana Orlova, who at that time held the post of chapter region. They received 31.19% and 36.42%, respectively. The required threshold is 50%, so the second stage was appointed. As a result, Sipyagin won from 57.03% of the vote.
