Kirill Bagachenko is a Russian financier. From April 2018, he took the post of chief financial director of the Etalon Civil Code.

Career
In 2005, Bagachenko came to Kit Finance - a large banking group, which gradually, gradually, all set of financial services: from work with deposits before insurance. From 2000 to 2008, this structure was ruled by a well-known banker Alexander Vinokurov, subsequently founding his own media holding.
Bagachenko becomes an intern in the investment division. Successfully passes a trial period, receives an invitation to work by the analyst. A year later, it goes to the increase and becomes the management of assets in the "daughter" of KIT Finance and European Fortis Investments, called Kit Fortis Investment Management.
In 2008, Keith Fortis Investments took 6th place among Russian governors, controlling assets by almost 64 billion rubles. Organizations trusted foreign investors - so, the company received the business management company ABN AMRO Asset Management.
In 2010, the founders of Kit Fortis Investments are absorbed by such giants as BNP Paribas and TransCreditBank. Investment business does not close, but enlarges and changes the name on TKB BNP Paribas Investment Partners. The scope of activity remained the same - investment in the shares of companies in Russia and the CIS countries. Kirill Bagachenko himself becomes senior assets manager. Soon he will have to look at work with the involvement of funds on the other hand.
In 2013, Kirill Mikhailovich Bagachenko comes to the position of the Director of the Department of Corporate Investments and Relationships with Investors in the Etalon group. This is one of the oldest domestic construction companies, founded during the times of the Soviet Union, in 1987, and specializing in the construction of housing in the metropolitan regions: Moscow, Moscow region and St. Petersburg. The transition to the "standard" was a challenge for the financier - the company's securities were traded on the London Stock Exchange, and any error could significantly drop the value of the business.

Focusing on their ideas about the expectations of investors, Bagachenko focuses on openness in the activities of the Etalon GK. As a result, the company every month publishes reporting on projects of the group, every quarter about performance indicators, every six months - financial results. With investors, Kirill Bagachenko meets personally: road show and conference are held, new objects of the group will be presented. The policies of the openness brought their fruits: in 2017, investors, most of whom are foreign, purchased the securities of the holding almost 20 billion rubles.
In August 2016, Bagachenko was appointed vice-president and deputy general director of the Etalon Civil Code. Relationships with investors in his sphere of responsibility, transactions on mergers and acquisitions were added. This appointment occurred at the time of major personnel changes in the holding - in particular, the founder of Business Vyacheslav Zarekov took the position of the Director General to personally implement the company's development strategy. As a result, in 2016, the sale of "Etalon" rose by 35%.
From April 2018, Kirill Bagachenko is the main financial director of the Etalon GK. The results of the work of Bagachenko: In the first six months of 2018, the company's net debt fell from 9.7 to 3.8 billion rubles, and its attitude towards EBITDA reached a level of 0.3x. At the same time, S & P Global Ratings confirmed the long-term rating of the Etalon Lenspetsum JSC (the main operating brand of the holding) at the level "B +".
