From some sources it is known that Valeyev graduated from the Tver Suvorov Military School. According to Ivan, he intentionally got rid of the old publications on social networks and hides the past. A young man decided to start life with a clean leaf and concentrate on creativity.
In an interview, Ivan admitted that the music was involved in his adolescence. Resting in the summer camp, the young man took the guitar for the first time and began to pick up the compositions of popular musicians. Among them was the Belarusian singer Max Korzh, whose work is most of all in Ivan. Valeev admits that he has grown on the songs of this artist.
As for foreign musicians, the young man stands out the French project "M83", performing tracks in the genre of the electroopop, Dream-Pop and the Inditronics.

In the spring of 2018, Ivan posted on the NOVELLA track network with the hope that the composition would appreciate at least friends. But suddenly the song is interested in listeners, having received many positive responses. In a matter of days, "Novella" appeared in popular youth communities, and by the beginning of the summer he became a hit. So about the talented artist who took the pseudonym Ivan Valeev, spoke in Russia and the Middle abroad.
At one time of the fans, the real euphoria was overwhelmed: they made Caverits, performed scenes and filmed amateur clips on this song, publishing them on Youtube. I did not bypass the Voronezh performer and the popular TV presenter Olga Buzova: the girl sang a "novel" in Storsith, sitting in a cafe.
At the end of August 2018, the guy published the long-awaited video on the composition, the director became Eldar Garayev. The plot of the clip quite rectilly reflects the text component composition.
