Euridica is an excellent forest nymph, living together with numerous sisters in the trees. In ancient Greek mythology, these keepers of plants in the forests are called DRIADAM. The most beautiful, but also the most cruel creatures easily satisfied the misfortunes on the guests of the chassis. An amateur is often inflated by a stick, and their practices acquired an evil shade. However, the person fell into their power, just frightened.
DRIADADS were jealously watched nobody bother to harm plants. The ancient Greeks believed that if the patroness of the trees would see you for the damage or destruction of the tree, then misfortunes will walk along the heels to the end of life. Common sentence is the deprivation of mind. But well-being is promised to those who plant and grows trees. In mythology, the forest origin of Evridika argues with the Divine Version of Birth. In some sources, the girl is considered a daughter of Apollo. The meaning of the name of Evridik on Sanskrit - "Light of dawn, propagating in the sky." Another option states that the name is translated as "inspirer."

Myth about ORFEE AND EVRIDIK
Orpheus, the son of the river god Eager and Music Kallopia, married a charming Euridic, the Thracian DRIADE of Penasy Valley. Immediately after the marriage, there was a tragedy: a girl running away from the persecution of the Hispog of Aristoes came on a poisonous snake hiding in high grass. Orpheus days and night mourned death with her beloved, sitting on the river bank. Grief penetrated the songs of the musician, the whole nature was sad with the hero.
Once Orpheus decided to go down to his wife in the kingdom of the dead, where a simple mortal was ordered. But the magic sounds of the lyre singer were so struck by the hearing of the Supreme God of the Underground World of Aida and his wife Persephone, that they decided to let the female Orpheus in the kingdom of light. One condition should observe Orpheus - on the way home do not look around.
The hero went on a desert path, and after the Beloved - Eurydice. The ancient Greeks moved the motifs of the myth to nature, creating a beautiful belief. With the onset of soft twilight, they said that the Snake was bitten by the beautiful Eurydice, and the descent nights of the night meant that Orpheus went to save his beloved. As soon as dawn, people noted the return of the nymphs home. And when the day finally entered into his own rights, it meant that Orpheus hurried and lost his spouse forever.

The touching myth of ORFEE and Euridic hurt the heart of art representatives. This couple was dedicated to the canvas of the masters of painting Yakopo del Selllayo, Nicola Poussin, Camille Coro, Frederick Leighton. Based on the legend created literary works. In the curriculum of grade 11 of Russian schools included the poem "Eurydika", written by the Arseny Tarkovsky. However, this is not a poetic statement of myth - the image of the nymph author turned into a symbol of the human soul and the world as a whole.
The story of love, which turned out to be stronger than death, inspired composers to create immortal operas. In the 18th century, the German Christoph Glitch took the topic as the basis of the new work that became a bright event of the musical world. Opera, delivered in 1762, is considered the beginning of the "reform of the glitch" - the composer united Italian opera traditions with the French tragedy. In his work, the musician was not loved in the head of the corner, but the questions of life and death, considering that the task of art is to bring up, and then entertain.
Another musical sensation happened in the mid-70s of the 20th century - the composer Alexander Zhurbin with the playwright Yury Dimitrin, the first Soviet rock opera "Orpheus and Evridika". To distract from the undervertible educational process by the authorities, the author decided to change the pole from the edge to entertainment.
