Tatyana was born in the fall of 1960 in the Ukrainian city of Berdyansk, on the shore of the Sea of Azov. Tatiana's mother did not share her passion for the theater and after the girl graduated from school, sent her to enter the Philology of the University of Dnepropetrovsk. She did not prepare for delivery, but for the entrance exams received only good marks.

The choice of Nazarova fell at the Kyiv theater Institute named after I. K. Karpenko-Karoy. She chose the national artist of the USSR Yuri Maguga and in 1982 he graduated successfully.
