Boulevard Depo is a Russian artist, considered the founder of a new course in Russian rap. He himself denotes the genre of his music as Weedwave, and critics use the terms cloud-rap and trap. The musician considers the main feature of creativity of melancholicity, because, according to him, it is not inclined to see life in pink color, but he also has vigorious and life-affirming compositions.Childhood and youth
Repera's real name - Artem Sergeevich Shatohin. He does not like to tell about himself, and the musical community does not even know how old he is. According to unconfirmed information, Boulevard Depo was born on 1 or 2 June 1991. Artem is a native of Ufa, however, part of his childhood was held in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Later, the parents of the future musician returned to Ufa, where he finished school.
In high school classes, Artem became interested in graffiti and together with buddies all the time "hanging out" on the city streets. He was also interested in music - in his youth, the rapper was part of the creative association Never Been Crew. Artem told that his father tried to instill him taste for rock music, put the songs of The Beatles and Pink Floyd, but he didn't imbued with classic hits and made a choice in favor of Rap.
Music
Debut songs Artem wrote down at home on primitive equipment. Friends and acquaintances became the first audience, among which there was a person who offered Repera help with professional design tracks. At first, Chantochin took himself a short pseudonym Depo, later I decided to add the word "Boulevard" - Boulevard to him. After graduating from school, the young man entered the university to the Faculty of Law, but his studies were interested in little. He devoted himself to music, and for the earnings worked as a cook in the local catering.
An important stage of the biography of Boulevard Depo was to move to St. Petersburg in 2009, where he opened new opportunities. At this time, the musician introduced the public a new collection of Place of Distribution. Together with 2 friends, he founded the L'Squad group with which they began to give the first concerts, but the team existed not long.

Artem considers rap music quite boring and seeks to make originality in it. During the first experiments, he came to the conclusion that the Cloud-Rap style is suitable for him, in which none of the Russian musicians have worked before him. The feature of the style is "foggy" sound, the desire to make the sound a little mystical. Also, Claud Reap is inherent in melancholic, dreamy texts on lyric topics, which is close to the musician. Boulevard Depo says that since childhood is inclined to a gloomy look at life:

In 2014, rapper met with a colleague Gleb Bulbina (Pharaoh), and together they recorded the song "Skwig Champagne". Subsequently, the first musician clip was filmed at her. A video with spectacular girls in the bathroom became viral and quickly scored millions of views on YouTube.
2015 was very productive for Boulevar Depo. In addition to the release of the new RAPP album, the recording of the rappers I61 and Jeembo helped him, the musician became the founder of the Yungrussi association and took part in the record of the paywall record. At the end of the year, the performer was pleased with the fans with another album Otricala. From 13 tracks of popular steel 3: "denied", "Mine jacket" and "Pavel Topsky".
After a couple of months, the "Plakkers" came out - the fruit of Boulevard Depo and Raper Pharaoh. The collection name is made up of 2 words - "Laksheri" and "cry". Personal life
Boulevard Depo says that while in his life there was no serious hobbies and his personal life is not interested. According to Rapper, he now wants to engage in creativity and in the interruptions to "disappear" with friends than to spend time on the novels.
The artist calls himself a sharp and straight person. He declares that it does not belong to the number of musicians, looked down on his fan base, and tries not to think about fans too much:
