Rose Gertruda Namayunas was born in the city of Milwaukee Wisconsin on June 29, 1992. Star parents - Lithuanians by nationality, left the country immediately after the collapse of the USSR and were able to gain happiness in the United States.
Early years of athlete's biography were difficult: the father suffered from schizophrenia, and Rose herself was repeatedly sexually harassment, which he did not like to remember. As a child, Namayunas felt a vulnerable, but its salvation was the sport.
Back in preschool age, the girl began to engage in martial arts: in 5 years he was fascinated by Taekwondo and in 9 he earned a junior black belt. Later she mastered Karate and Jiu-jitsu.

In mixed martial arts and kickboxing, the star came at 16, when he studied in high school. Her mentor was Jeffrey (Duke) Rufus.
