Biography
Mikhail Hubutia was born on May 30, 1966 in the city of Zugdidi Georgian SSR. His father Mikhail Akakievich was a well-deserved accountant of Georgia and a teacher of the economy, Mother Eteri Irodiyev also worked as an accountant. Mikhail has two brothers, PAts and Tengiz.
Hubutia graduated from school with a gold medal and in 1984 he entered the ranks of the Soviet Army. From 1984 to 1986, he served in the Moscow region of the military unit in Khimki, following the service, the service received the title of senior sergeant.
Carier start
After the army, Mikhail Khobuti entered the Moscow Institute of National Economy. G.V. Plekhanov, where he studied from 1986 to 1991. Already at the beginning of his studies, a young man began to earn a living independently, and in 1990, together with his comrades, a cooperative was opened: it includes a cafe and a trade and procurement company.
Hubuy's father was an avid hunter, so love for hunting and weapons was passed and son. After receiving the first experience in doing business, in 1995, Mikhail opens the first store of hunting goods, which quickly grows into the network of armory stores "Kolchuga", and in the same year he heads a non-profit partnership "Guild of Weapon Sellers".
Hubutia decided to receive the education of a lawyer and in 1999 graduated from the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov in the specialty "Jurisprudence". Knowledge in the field of legal sciences allowed a businessman to participate in the development of the state law on arms.
In 1999, at the age of 33, Mikhail Khookuti is held by the Minister of Trade of the Government of the Moscow Region. At this position, Hubutia showed himself as a talented organizer and managerial, capable of solving complex multi-level tasks. In 2001, he moves to the post of Deputy Head of the Department of State Property of Domestic Trade and Catering.
In parallel with the work in public positions, khubutia ends the Russian Economic Academy. G.V. Plakhanov in the specialty "Economics and Sociology of Labor". In 2002, the Dissertation Council of the Academy of Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia awards him a scientist degree of a candidate of law.
Having worked in power structures, Mikhail Hubutia defined business as a priority vector of personal development, and decided to completely concentrate on entrepreneurship.
Business
In the early 2000s, Hubutia decided to diversify the business and turned to real estate as a stable asset. They were founded by the trading house "Tent", which since then has been managing one of the largest and most demanded exhibition complexes of Moscow "Seating Yard". Every year, dozens of events, exhibitions and shows of federal significance are held annually in the "Living Court" in the heart of the city.
In the building "Living Court" is located and the largest of the five armory stores of the chain chain, as well as the same-style restaurant, decorated in the style of the Middle Ages. Today, bugs also owns a developer company specializing in the management of hotels and business centers, and also holds the post of head of the expert group to improve regulatory acts in the sphere of turnover of combat and civilian small arms.
Social activity
As a patriot of Russia and Georgia, Khubutia tires for stable and positive relations between countries and does everything to improve Russian-Georgian relations and strengthen friendship between nations.
In 2007, he was the initiator of the establishment of the All-Russian public organization "Union Georgian in Russia", which he himself was headed. The activities of the organization were aimed at maintaining and strengthening historical and cultural ties between Georgia and Russia. The work of the organization was approved by the Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church and received the blessing of His Holiness Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia.
Soyuz Georgian in Russia provided comprehensive assistance to Moscow schools with the Georgian ethnocomponent, supported ethnic creative teams in Russia and Georgia, assisted child houses, disabled and low-income citizens.
In 2013, Mikhail Hubutia became the initiator and producer of the Full-length film "Icon", dedicated to friendship, love, the general faith and the general moral values of the two peoples. Work on the film was held in the International Russian-Georgian team, the directions were given by Merabishvili and Jaba Ruadza. The main roles in the film were performed by Russian and Georgian actors - among them Ekaterina Rednikov and Boris Shcherbakov.
Hubutia participated in the implementation of the initiative of Vladimir Putin for reconstitution in Moscow "Memorial of Glory" died during the Great Patriotic War. The original memorial was destroyed by the Georgian authorities in the city of Kutaisi. The new monument "in the fight against fascism we were together" was opened on December 21, 2010 on Poklonnaya Mount.
Since 2014, Mikhail Hubutia has become a member of the Council under the President of Russia for interethnic relations.
