The history of the creation of the RAE S7murd group begins with two teenagers who are interested in music from childhood. Brothers Akil (Slim Jxmmi) and Caliph Brown (Swae Lee) were born in California, in Inglewood. Father threw the children a couple of years after their birth, and they lived with Mother Bernadett Walker and with Brother Michael.
The mother of guys served in the army, in the tank troops, and severely brought up the guys. Because of the work of the mother in the military structure, the family had to move from place to place. So, they moved to Texas and lived on the territory of the military base.

For the sake of meeting with him, the brothers collected money and left to conquer Atlanta. There they settled in the basement of the house P-Nazty and began to record tracks. Music was raw and incomprehensible. Desperate, guys left back to Mississippi.
Now the teenagers lived in their own home. When Akil worked at the factory, Khalif was engaged in music and arranged parties. P-Nasty again paid attention to the guys, listening to their song "I DO". He invited guys back to Atlanta to get acquainted with Mike Villa. This time, the guys settled in the basement from the head of the Earrummers and struggled to make high-quality music.

2018 came out productive both for RAE SREMMURD and for each of the brothers. Together they recorded the album "SREMM LIFE 3", which consists of three SR3mm assemblies. Swae Lee (Khalif) released a solo album "Swaecation", and his brother Slim Jxmmi (Akil) recorded "JXMTRoduction".
