Alexander Yakovlevich was born in May 1960 in the Russian capital. His mother Maera Yakovlevna worked as a foreign language teacher, the father's line is a Jew. Therefore, by nationality, he is Russian, but a quarter is also a Jew.
In school, Tolmatsky studied well, so after her ending, without any problems, he entered the Moscow Institute of National Economy. In his youth, he tried to participate in any musical projects and even made a DJ on the famous disco "round-the-world journey" in the DC plant "Sickle and Hammer". So the music in his biography gradually began to move into a profession.
By the 1982nd, the guy was already officially settled to work in the House of Culture DJ, but he was constantly lacking money. The talent of Alexander was helped to solve this problem, which consists in the ability to sew clothes.
