In recent years, the problem of the vaccination of the population and the abandon from the necessary minimum of anti-epidemiological vaccinations has escalated in Russia. Dmitry Anatolyevich Morozov was born in Minsk on May 5, 1971. His father was a military person who specially specialized in electronics, and his mother played on the piano and taught music.
As a child, the boy mastered the music literacy and together with school at high school attended lessons in the Belarusian Philharmonic. Parents expected creativity will become the main profession of the Son, but he chose another path, enrolling at the Pediatric Faculty of State Medical University in Saratov. Although the thoughts about the career of the paratrooper and the Dolphins trainer attended the young man, the school results finally pushed him to a medical profession.
Becoming the best graduate of the course, Dmitry remained at the Department of Higher Educational Institution and in 1998 he became a member of the Regional Branch of the Association of Children's Surgeons of Russia. After the alternate of Morozov, he defended his thesis and received a doctorate of Medicine in one of the largest universities of the country named after N. I. Pirogov.
The medicine
In the future, the biography of Morozov turned out to be inextricably related medicine. From 2003 to 2012, the doctor held the post of Zabedroi for children's surgery in his native university and led the experimental clinic equipped with the latest technology. At the same time, the specialist was awarded the first prize "Calling" for carrying out an unprecedented operation, who saved the life of a person.
Studies, Dmitry soon became a vice-rector of the university on science and joined the EUPSA International Association. Medical practice of frosts combined with speeches at European conferences and writing book-monographs and textbooks.
In the Russian surgical organization, a children's doctor soon became the chairman of the Saratov branch, and the position of the director of one of the research institutes came to replace the career.
In 2012, the leadership of the Volga Federal District appreciated the merits of a young doctor and appointed him by the main specialist in childish surgery of regional importance. And after moving to Moscow, Morozov became deputy director of the Research Institute of Pediatrics and Children's Surgery and the Department of the Department at the University named after Ivan Sechenov.
Despite the permanent employment and the capital rhythm of life, Dmitry was interested in issues of rural medicine and cared for improving technologies in university clinics of regional importance.

Having received certificates in a number of areas of medicine, a graduate of the Saratov university released a dozen specialized collections and acted as a mentor of medical degree seekers in the dissertation council of the scientific center of children's health.
Political activity
Morozov's political career began in 2012 with the leadership of the regional election headquarters of public support for the presidential candidate V. V. Putin. Then the doctor personally met with the Russian leader and discussed the problems of newborns surgery.The interest of the specialist helped to realize some ideas, and in the year Morozov was invited to the coalition of social and political organizations called the "All-Russian Popular Front". In December, at the meeting "Forum of Action", Dmitry Anatolyevich appointed the head of the parliamentary working group, and then chosen by the State Duma State Duma convocation from the Moscow District of Cheryomushki.
Realizing the responsibility, Morozov began to fulfill the duties and continued to work on the improvement of rural hospitals within the framework of the program "Zemstvo Doctor". In an interview with journalists, the surgeon admitted that initially was far from professional policies and acted as practices based on existing interests and needs.
The priority of the doctor considered the problems of profile children's medicine, but at the same time he did not discharge the general issues of the health of citizens of the country. Personal life
About the personal life of the surgeon and Morozov's deputy know a little. Now they are already three: primary twins and the youngest daughter.
Dmitry Anatolyevich's family lives in the capital and at the rare weekend visits theaters and goes to walk through the old streets. In early 2019, Morozov's workload significantly increased due to a number of bills actively discussed in the State Duma.
At the initiative of the Head of Health Committee in the Spring launched a test of school camps and other children's holidays, timed to the beginning of the summer season. In addition, it is planned to attract volunteer physicians who are able to provide an extended first assistance to victims in emergency situations.
In parallel, Dmitry Anatolyevich controls the implementation of the Law on Telemedicine and is trying to supplement it with the provisions on the remote distribution of drugs and remote consultations of patients in the regions.
School medicine also did not go without the attention of the leader's surgeon, and although the draft law on its systematization was once again sent to refinement, Morozov hopes that ultimately the government will approve and accept the document.
In addition, the threat of epidemiological diseases has increased recently, which can be prevented through mandatory vaccination of the population, and Morozov collected a team of deputies to bring this problem to all members of Russian society.
