Biography

Russian writer Fyodor Abramov had a difficult life, did not immediately achieve the location of readers and won public recognition. But now his works are studying in schools, stories are translated into many languages, the literature of this author to this day is in great demand. This is evidenced by the screenplay of several of its publications.

Childhood and youth

Fyodor Alexandrovich was born in a small village of Verkeol, Arkhangelsk region, in early 1920. The boy was brought up in the family of the peasant of an expert sense and a cab driver, besides him, the parents had four more children.

The death of the breadwinner became a big grief for everyone, then turned 1 year later. It was difficult, but they managed to start their farm, which saved Abramov from hunger.

In the 1st class, Fyodor went to his native village, he studied there for 4 years, and then moved to the eldest brother in Kushkopal. Having received a certificate, without any problems entered the University of Leningrad, began to study philology.

Career and Military Service

At the University of Abramov did not finish himself, after the 3rd course, the first harbingers of the war appeared, having learned about it, the young man immediately signed up by a volunteer. The first time was wounded in 1941, the bullet entered his hand, but the guy quickly recovered and returned to the system.

The second time I struck my legs, Fedor fell into the hospital, and when he was written off, the Commission recognized the soldier unsuitable and sent to the military-gun school to Arkhangelsk for the post of assistant commander. A year later, the writer was transferred to the Soloral Department, he stayed until 1945.

After the demobilization of Abramov returned to the university, and then there became a graduate student. For the candidate thesis chose the topic of creativity Mikhail Sholokhov. Without leaving the walls of the native university, first worked as a senior teacher, later Association, then began to establish the department of Soviet literature.

Books

The first literary work appeared in Abramov's biography in 1954, when he tried to publish an article in one journal, in which he had a negative about the life of the people of a collective farm village. For that, he was almost dismissed from the university, because the man had to recognize the mistake written.

It began to compose the first novel "Brothers and Sisters", he began 1950, but finished it only after 6 years. It was not accepted for publication immediately, only in 1958 readers got acquainted with the work of the novice writer and positively appreciated it. Then he understood his true calling, left teaching and buried deeper into literature.

Subsequently, this book marked the beginning of the literary cycle "Stranks", which later replenished with the novels "Two Winters and Three Summer" and "Path-Pouring". Much in the author's bibliography of works dedicated to life in the villages: "What is the horses cry", "Rustic Prose", "Wooden Horses", "Want's" and "Pelagia".

The story "Alka" also tells about the northern village, her people and problems that exciting them. Most of the author's books hardly passed censorship and rarely walked into a multi-time seal, because they often demonstrated the truth. Abramov's creativity was recognized only under the end of his life.

Personal life

With the future wife of Lyudmila Kratikov Abramov met, being a student. In professional circles, a woman is known as a literary critic. The wedding took place in 1951. Fedor Alexandrovich's personal life can be called successful because the spouse was near her husband to the end of his days.

An interesting fact: the woman knew about the treasures of the spouse, but was not going to give up and he defended the right to happiness, that she turned out. Lyudmila had a child from the first marriage, but he died during the occupation of Leningrad. There are no information about total children's pairs.

Death

Recent years, Fedor spent on travels, in 1977 visited Germany, then in Finland, later visited America. A couple of years, the writer was seriously sick, front wounds have affected. In 1982, he conducted a difficult operation, a year later appointed the second. But before her, the man did not live, the life of the writer was cut off in 63, the cause of death was heart failure.

Fedor Alexandrovich was buried in the native village of Verkeol in the Arkhangelsk region, not far from Artemiyevo Vygolki Monastery, the restoration of which a man was puzzled in recent years. Instead of photo on the grave, a two-meter granite monument was installed with the image of the cross and carved on the stone named Abramov.
