The history of the Rise Against group began in the late 1990s in Chicago, and its authors were bass player Joe Principe and guitarist Dan Welleinsky, before that, speaking in the project called 88 Fingers Louie.
Later, they joined the soloist Tim Makilrot, who played the post-hard-rooted Baxter team, and the last links were drummer Tony Tintari and the first name TRANSISTOR REVOLT.

Music
The full-fledged musical biography of the group began after the release of the debut album "The Unraveling", recorded at the studios Fat Wreck Chords and Sonic Iguana Records and presented to the listeners in 2001. And although this work has not reached heights in popular charts, Rise Against received good reviews of critics for powerful vocals and a sincere game.

This deal gave the participants to the full control over the work, the result of which was the album "Siren Song of the Counter Culture", which included lyrical clips and songs "Give IT All", "Swing Life Away" and "Life Less Scaring" and brought the first gold certificate.

However, such an opinion did not affect the new style of matured performers, and soon they released another commercially successful album. And in the following years, the Rise Against discography was replenished with the B-Side collection and the Black Market and Wolves hit plates.
