Five Finger Death Punch - American Music Group. Abbreviated collective call 5FDP or FFDP. The name was invented thanks to the hobby of the frontman of the Golden Batori martial arts. It was inspired by classic films on this subject and translated as a "five-way death blow" or "fatal punch". The genre of music in which the team is implemented, fully consistent after the name. The team was formed in 2005. The history of the creation team began in Las Vegas. The initiator was the bassist Zoltan Batori. Hungarian by origin, previously he performed together with the team U.P.O. The first team also includes: soloist Ivan Moody, Drummer Jeremy Spencer, bassist Matt Snell.
At first, among the participants there was a guitarist Caleb Burn, but Darrel Roberts soon changed him. He also stayed with the team for a short time, giving way to Jason hook. After some time, Matt Snell left the team. Despite the internal pebbles inherent in multi-storey commands, Five Finger Death Punch adhered to the selected direction once.
The musicians decided to independently engage in progress, so the debut plate is recorded and discharged without assistance. Each of the members of the group had already had extensive experience in the musical scene. Their names were known in the professional community, so FFDP did not have to wander on the pubs, giving place concerts to conquer fans.
Music
The debut album of the team was called "Way of The Fist". The single "bleeding" entered the top 10 songs and stayed in a radio line of 8 months, becoming a hit of 2007. The video clip won the MTV premiums as the best metal video. The growing popularity of the team on the Internet helped to attract the attention of the major label The Firm. Artists signed a contract with him. On the same studio recorded their plates Korn and Limp Bizkit.In 2009, Five Finger Death Punch began to studio work on the album "War Is The Answer". In 2015, the official announcement of the "Got Your Six" record and the premiere of the song "Ain't My Last Dance" were held. A new achievement in the career of artists was a tour of the RAPA ROACH team planned in supporting the album.
2016 was not easy for musicians, since the representatives of the Prospect Park label, with whom they collaborated, filed a lawsuit. It was stipulated that the artists began to work on new records without putting partners. The lawsuit was ambiguous, given that Five Finger Death Punch became the best-selling rock band for 2 years.
Additional trouble provoked a passion for vocalist Aivene Moudi alcohol and prohibited drugs. They did not suit neither the management of the team or the artists themselves. With the 2016 Label Five Records with the 2016 label, but, satisfying a lawsuit, artists released an album together with previous producers before leaving them.
