Stanislav Lindover appeared on March 21, 1972 in Leningrad. From childhood he was fond of sports. Already in school years began to make a spear throwing, which allowed him to grow muscle mass and exceed the power of peers. Later, the young man became interested in bodybuilding. He began to regularly go to the gym, paying a lot of time training and muscle strengthening.
Despite the interest in sports, after school he entered the St. Petersburg University of Communications. He completed his studies in 1997, becoming a specialist in the field of bridges and tunnels, but I did not want to implement myself in the profession. Therefore, a few years later, a college of Ben Wider graduated as an additional education and settled by the administrator in the fitness club.
Stanislav from an early age suffers from heart failure. Because of this, he is contraindicated with strong loads and the use of anabolic steroids.
Sport
The path as a professional athlete Lindover began in his youth. His coach was an outstanding athlete Andrei Pugachev. The first competitions brought the last place, but the man did not despair and continued his classes. In less than a year later, he managed to achieve higher results and take the 5th place in the weight category up to 100 kg.A severe moment in the biography of Athlete was the injury obtained in 2008. As a result, the radial nerve was amazed, which forced Stanislav for several years to stop sports.
After the operation and the complex period of recovery, the man coped with the consequences of injury and continued his workout. He managed to achieve good results. With an increase in 183 cm, the competition weight of the Stanislav reached a mark of 100-110 kg.
In 2011, the athlete returned to adequate activities and won the title of Europe in Bodybuilding. Next years, a man continued to participate primarily in Russian sports competitions. He won several prestigious awards, including the title of Russia champion.
In 2015, Bodybuilder announced the completion of the sports career. He decided to devote himself to coaching activities. Additionally, began to conduct seminars, telling about proper nutrition and training mode.

Personal life
Athlete 2 times was married. About personal life with the first wife knows little. After the divorce, a daughter remained with her.
The second wife of Lindover - Margarita Kirichuk is also an athlete serving in the body of the bodyfity. They met in the early 2000s, when they began to work in the gym. Before marriage Stanislav and Margarita were friends for several years. It was she who supported the man when he got a serious injury.
Couples began in 2011, when the athle was divorced with the first wife. After 7 years, July 6, 2018, the lovers got married.

In 2019, Lindover aggravated health problems. Despite this, he continues to train to support himself in shape, and tries to lead the usual way of life.Now a man leads a group in Vkontakte, which is called "Training Linstrunel". There he publishes useful articles and training tips.
