The singer was born in 1962 in the Kazakhstan settlement. The population of the territory was represented by the Volga Germans. The mother of Maria Juncker also belonged to their number. The girl met with the Ukrainian-building-engineer of Yuri Kuzem, who came to the Ukrainian construction engineer, and soon the couple signed marriage. After the birth of the son, the family moved to Ukraine, to the Lugansk region, where Vadim held children's and youthful years.

Continuing to collect musical material, the singer in 1999 records the song "OST-WEST Emigrant". Work on the recording of the composition takes place in Lviv, at the studio Garik Krychevsky. The record received a lot of positive feedback from the listeners, the songs began to gradually "go to the people." Then Kuzema thought over the release of the next album. In 2001, two plates of Vadima came immediately - "Berlin Slavic" and "Flowerian". At the same time, the author begins to cooperate with an old buddy, a talented musician Vitaly Perepelitsa.
The result of the creative tandem becomes new albums "Migrants", "Restaurant Musician" and others. The compositions from the plates receive fame in Russia. Songs fall into the rotation of the radio "Chanson". Already in 2006, the singer at the invitation of this radio comes to Moscow to the ceremony and becomes the winner of the Chanson Year Prize.
Personal life
The first time the singer married in 1989, but the marriage was short-lived. In the late 90s, the performer found family happiness for the second time, but the Union was again short-lived.In each of the marriages, the kends were born on their son and daughter.
