Saraikin Viktor Viktorovich was born on April 6, 1959 in the Ural city of Magnitogorsk. Its accurate nationality is unknown. Both parents were deaf, but each of them acquired this disease. In school years, Saraikin Jr. acquired a friend - a young teacher named Alexander. There, the young man finally realized that he wanted to become an actor.

Having received a certificate of secondary education, Victor long thought over what direction he move on. He preferred to not even consider theatrical collections that are in provincial cities.
