Inxs - Rock Group from Australia, which has been popular not only in their homeland, but also in different countries of the world. The musicians gave the fans of bright compositions in which the elements of FANK-Roca, SKA and Reggae were organically mixed. Despite the fact that the group no longer gives concerts, the creativity of the rock team attracts a large number of listeners.The history of creation and composition
In the late 70s, young and talented Sydney musicians created a project called Farriss Brothers. In the repertoire, the team included cauls on the songs of popular Western rock performers. A little later, the participants began to include their own compositions in the speeches. In 1980, the guys decided to change the name on Inxs, taking as a basis the expression in Excess - "in excess".
The first part of the Australian team included the Farriss brothers - Gitarists Tim and Andrew, the drummer John, as well as the vocalist Michael Hutchez, Saxophonist Kirk Pengilli and Bass Guitarist Harry Bours.

The group continued to work intensively - next year, the musicians published a record Listen Like Thieves, which again received high marks among Western rock fans. A concert in Melbourne Concert Hall, organized in honor of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, became indicative in the success of the team.
A large role in the work of Inxs played the sixth disk titled Kick. The album was the third in the States, the first in the home of the project participants and the ninth in Britain. Such results strengthened the international popularity of the Group, and the record was later named the most commercially successful in the history of the project. No less significant for fans of Australian rockers was the disk with the concise name "X".
It included SUICIDE BLONDE and DISAPEAR songs, subsequently become world hits. In 1991, the Group gave a great concert at the Wembley Stadium, which gathered 70 thousand spectators. In the early 90s, Inxs begins to experiment with the sound, which increases interest in the team of British listeners. Collapse of the collective
The group continued to record albums and give concerts, but in the States fans lose interest in the project. Low ratings of the tenth studio plate Elegantly Wasted, created in bluesing theme become indicative in this regard.
A sharp decline in the popularity of Inxs strengthened the depressive experiences of its leader. November 22, 1997, during the preparation of the team to tour in the states, Michael committed suicide.
