Biography
The Norwegian group of Enslaved is one of the few representatives of Black-Metal, which in his work bypassed the theme of Satanism and took the cultural and religious heritage of the Vikings as the basis of the indigenous people of the expanses of their native country. Thus, deserving the love and respect of thousands of fans, the musicians received an order for the creation of a composition for the celebration of the Constitution Day, which later entered the studio plate awarded the Sperlemann national award.The history of creation and composition
The history of the creation of the Enslaved group began in 1990 with the acquaintance of Iwara Bjornson and Giellson Gyellson, who worked with HEIN FRODE HANSEN and Obnoxious projects. As a result of their cooperation, the Deat Dum Metal-team was organized, which released the demo Phobia.
After a while, when all the instruments left the founders, the guys scored new musicians and recorded the composition under a different name taken from the speck of the Scandinavians Immortal, which was called Enslaved in Rot.
In 1993, when the vocal, guitar, keyboards, keyboards and bass, joined Bjornson and Hiellson, joined the drummer Tourson, the group began to look for new sources of self-expression and inspiration and compose songs that were unusual for a heavy metal genre, the duration of which reached 10 minutes.
And then in the music of Enslaved began to appear noise effects and polyphonic mellostroons, identifying the sound as a mixture of progressive rock with the directions of black, symphony, folk, Viking and Dum.
Such changes in the creative concept were associated with the heterogeneity of the composition of the participants, which for various reasons were not delayed for a long time in the team. Now, in addition to the Hiellson and Bjornssnce, the team of Kato Beckevold, Guitarist Arve Festal and changed Herbrand Larsen keyboard player and vocalist Håkon Vinje.

The full beginning of the creative biography of Enslaved is 1994, when the musicians concluded a contract with the label soon the deceased darench and released the Vikingligr Veldi album with LiFandi LiF Undir Hamri compositions, Midgards Eldar, Heimdallr, Norvegr and Vetrarnótt. And after 6 months, the light saw Frost, which became the 2nd studio plate containing ballads about heroes with the names of one, Loki, Wotan and Thor.In 1997, the topic of the Scandinavian mythology and original Norwegian folklore continued in the works of ELD, Blodhemn, Mardraum: Beyond The Within and Monumension, released at Osmose Productions studios and highly estimated by the Kritals of Almusic portals and Chronicles of Chaos. Then in the discographs of the group appeared the album Below The Lights with a photo of the Rune of the Older Edenda, placed on the cover, as well as DVD Live Retaliation, which contained well-known and unneedled tracks, interviews and recording a live concert made in 2003.
In the future, in the process of work on ISA and RUUN Enslaved plates, problems have experienced problems with the composition and recording company, but still managed to get the Spellemann reward for outstanding achievements in music. In 2008, the artists were engaged in the production of video clips and released the 10th full-length album Vertebrae.
At the same time, the group was attended at the ceremony of presenting the Norwegian version "Grammy", which was in the live broadcast of the National Media Holding TV2. After 12 months, becoming recognized leaders of the Scandinavian metal scene, Bjornson, Hielleson and other participants presented to listeners the next job called Axioma Ethica Odini.
In the 2010, musicians with the help of the Nuclear Blast label advanced their own creativity in Europe and North America, releasing albums in Times and Riitiir. And then the Group celebrated the 25th anniversary with vinyl releases and a series of products with symbols and went on world tour with the Australian team of Ne Obliviscaris and the state team Oceans of Slumber.
Enslaved now
In 2019, Enslaved created a new concert program with the support of the modern dance studio Mia Habib Productions and presented a colorful show on solo performances and Forta Rock festivals, Summer Breeze and MidGardSblot.
At these sites, together with Norwegian musicians, one hundred fans of the Viking culture and leading Vocalists of Scandinavia Ereb Altor, Heilung and Ivar Bjørnson & Einar Selvik were present.
