According to the foundation of the founders of the group Jimmy Strimell and Pontus Hielma, the word Dead personifies the rigid component compositions, and April is gentle and lyrical.
Jimmy and Pontus are the only musicians playing now as part of Dead by April, who have passed the way with the rock team since 2007. However, Strellow and Hielm also left the group - the first was lack of in 2013-2017, and the second - for several months of 2010.
However, if Jimmy always acts as a vocalist, then the only role in which Pontus did not try, is a drummer. Almost as devoted to the team Marcus Vessenn, who appeared in Dead by April in 2008, and in 2017, added back-vocals to the position of the bass guitarist. The collective of Gothenburg Rockers has repeatedly came to tour to Russia. In 2013, tattooed musicians performed in Moscow, in 2014 - in both Russian capitals, and in 2015 - in Samara, Volgograd, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
