SS501 is a popular South Korean group, having time to conquer the hearts of fans not only in their homeland in Seoul, but also on both sides of the ocean. The team appeared in 2005 as a new DSP Entertainment project. For the music team, which includes five talented participants, the original name was invented. The name of the group is decoded as follows: SS - Star Singers (Star Singers), and 501 - "Five as One" (Five On One).
The debut performance of Korean Boyz-Bend took place in Seoul in early June 2005. Then the musicians submitted to the public Single Warning. The team included the leader Kim Hyun Zhong, leading vocalist Ho Yong Sen, Vocalists Kim Kyu John and Pak Chon Min, Rapper, vocalist and the youngest member of the project (McNe) Kim Hyun Jun.
Music
After the first successful single in November 2005, the Group released the second Snow Prince composition. In the first year of work on the estrade of the young men, three awards received prestigious national musical competitions in the category "Best Men's Group". Photo Aidolov appeared in many social networks.In early 2006, the existence of the project was threatened, since Ho Yong Sen had serious problems with the throat. At the end of the same year, the group members returned to Korea and began to present the debut plate VOLUME 1 - S.T 01 NOW. The disk received a large number of enthusiastic reviews, and the songs of Unlock and Four Chance were hits. Vocalists became welcome guests on many musical shows, television programs, where they told the audience about creativity.
The guys took part in the voice acting cartoon "Prix for Shark", received in 2006 the victory in the category "Best Dance Group" in the Korean Vocal Competition, as well as a reward for popularity among Internet users. In 2007, the musicians again went with tour to Japan and first met with their fan club called Triple S Japan.
In 2008, the group continued to produce singles, pleaseing fans. DEJA VU and SONG FOR YOU appeared on the world. At the beginning of the year, the team took part in the Song Festival of Asia, where he received the "Best Asian Artist" award. By the end of the year, a new mini-album was planned, but due to the fact that Hyun Jun and Pak Chong Mini participated in parallel in other musical projects, the record of the record U R Man passed without these performers.
In 2009, the team published album All My Love and went to Japan to promote the disk. In the summer of the same year, Boyz-Bend produces a mini-plate of Collection for Korea. In August, performers are sent in the "Person" tour in Asia, which includes Seoul, Tokyo, Taiwan, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Concerts are successful, singers continue to receive awards and produce new hits.
Next year, the guys give fans the next album Destination, and then presented a record in Korea's music show. In July, the Korean group leaves the leader Kim Hyun Jun - the young man signs an agreement with another musical company. A month later, Pak Chon Min, who also wishes to engage in solo creativity.
Gradually, cooperation with the Agency stopped the rest of the group. The official statement that the team collapsed was not. Each of the SS501 engaged in solo career. In 2016, fans waited for a small surprise - three participants decided to reunite and released several compositions.

In 2019, the information was leaked in the press that the project is possible to reunite. Fans even more believed in this after the "Instagram" Pak Chon Mina appeared a photo of a singer with three participants. The picture lacked Kim Hyun Juna, however, in signatures to the photo it was stated that the performer will soon join colleagues.
