Real name Capital BRA - Vladislav Balovac. He was born on November 23, 1994 in a small Siberian town. His parents, natives of Ukraine, worked in the oil industry. Before the son reached the age of the first grader, they decided to return to their native country, to the city of Dnipro.
In 2001, Balobovsky's mother in search of a better development of the biography for a single child moved with him to the capital of Germany - Berlin. Father remained in Ukraine. In the new country, Vladislav helped assimilate the guys from the streets: rappers, hip-hopers, sometimes small criminals and fraudsters. In many ways, thanks to them, the future star of German charts realized its purpose - to create music.

The release of the 2nd plates of Makarov Komplex (2017) turned out to be much more successful.
