Vasily Klyucharev is a neurobiologist and an educator, an expert in the field of neuroeconomics. Vasily Andreevich - Russian by nationality. The scientist was born in St. Petersburg on April 28, 1972. Already as a schoolboy, Klojarev preferred to read books in the courtyard with other children. After graduating from school, the young man entered St. Petersburg State University and in 1994 he became the owner of a diploma as a graduate of the Faculty of Physiology.
