Urmaas Unhonich Vyalbe was born on November 8, 1966 in the city of Antly County Võruuma, Estonia. In 1985 he graduated from high school number 10 in the capital of Estonia Tallinn. Urmas Vyglbe is a former husband of Elena Vyalbe (Maiden's name - Torubitsyn), in the past of the famous Russian skiing, who took the Estonian surname of the spouse.
