Leila Aliyev is a public figure of Azerbaijan, the chief editor and the founder of the magazine "Baku" and the Vice-President of the Foundation of Aliyev.Childhood and youth
Leila was born on 03.07.1984 in the family of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the State Worker Mehriban Aliyeva. Leyla has to Haidar Aliyev's granddaughter, former President of Azerbaijan. Leila has a sister Arzu (1989, a film producer) and Brother Heydar (1997, a student of the Azerbaijani Diplomatic Academy).
Leila was born in Moscow, but school education received in Gymnasium No. 160 in Baku. At one time, this school was graduated from many famous figures, including writer and translator Chingiz Huseynov, critic and TV presenter Vitaly Wulf, composer Leonid Weinstein, film director and TV presenter Julius Gusman and many representatives of the KVN team "Guys from Baku".
In 2000, the girl entered the European Business School (ESB), and then graduated from MGIMO magistracy in the specialty "Political Science".
Activity
In 2006, the girl moved to Moscow, where he began to engage in public activities. In the spring of 2007, Leila was appointed head of the Russian representation of the non-governmental non-commercial fund Heydar Aliyev. The Foundation, headed by Mehriban Aliyeva, Mother Leyla, was founded in order to respect the memory of the statesman and the transfer of the ideas of national statehood to young Azerbaijanis.
On December 19, 2007, the first issue of the magazine Baku was released in the capital of Russia, whose chief editor was Leila. The magazine published in Russian writes about the history, art, culture, life, traditions and the peculiarities of the modern life of Azerbaijan. In the spring of 2011, a presentation of the English-language magazine "Baku" took place in London for a wider audience of readers.
On May 8, 2008, Aliyev held the Justice for Khojaly campaign. The purpose of the event is to tell the whole world the bitter truth about the Khojaly carne, the mass murder of civilians in the winter of 1992 by Armenian militants in the winter. In December 2013, Aliyev was awarded a medal "For merit to the Volgograd Region" - for fruitful actions aimed at the social and economic development of the region.

Creation
Since childhood, Leila Aliyev loves art and writes poems. The most famous her poem is Elegy. Dedicated grandfather Heydar Aliyev Verse was first published in the Azerbaijan newspaper in December 2008 - at the 5th anniversary of the death of the former president of the country. In 2012, the poem was included in the textbooks on literature for students of the 5th grades.In April 2016, a presentation of the collections of the poems Aliyeva "If the stars were steps were held in one of the Moscow bookstores. Personal life
In April 2006, Leila became the wife of an entrepreneur, the vice-president of the Russian holding Crocusgroup and the musician of the Azerbaijani origin of Emin Agalary. With a future husband, the girl first met at the Sant Moritz ski resort in Switzerland. In order to start to care for Leila, Emin asked for an official permission from her father.
150 guests from Aliyeva and 90 were invited to the wedding - by Emin. The banquet was held in the major Moscow shopping center "Crocus City Mall". The famous scenograph artist and producer Boris Krasnov, and musical, light and sound equipment brought from the UK, took part in the celebration. On December 1, 2008, Leyla's maternity hospital gave birth to twin boys, Ali and Mikaila in the US maternity hospital. In 2015, Aliyev, together with his family, made a die (small pilgrimage, hajj) in Mecca.

Now Leila Aliyeva continues its social activities, participating in the numerous cultural, sports and social events of the country.
In March 2017, Leila, along with the IDEA union, presented a documentary 40-minute film "Azerbaijan. Rescue Jeyranov. " The film reflects the course and results of the work done as part of the program for the restoration of the historical habitat of the Jajanov (man-fated from the genus Gazelle) in Azerbaijan.
At the moment, together with the Ministry of Ecology, Leila is developing a project of a complex for the reintroduction of bison in Shahdag National Park of Azerbaijan.
Also in early April 2017, Leila participated in the bookmark of fruit gardens for poor families in Ismaillinsky district. In the future, project implementation is envisaged in other parts of Azerbaijan.
