Sergei Ivanovich Fourgal, Russian by nationality, was born in the village of Poyarkovo Amur region on January 12, 1970 in a large family - he has a 10th child. He accepted the proposal, but he did not withdraw from the elections, and their results, especially the distribution of votes, surprised many.
