Adamo Salvator was born on October 31, 1943 in the city of Comiso. By nationality he is Italian. The singer recalls that during these visits Antonio Adamo told unusually fascinating stories about his military past, and only adults, he learned that he had invented them mostly to entertain her son.
Music
The boy inherited from the Father Music Talent. He sang in the church choir and dreamed of mastering the guitar. When Salvatore told his relatives about his desire, grandfather Girlando sent him the first tool from Sicily as a birthday gift. The old guitar, on which scrapping chords, is still kept at the honorable place in Villa Salvatore. Parents did not have enough money to pay the lessons of the game - Salvatore visited only 4 classes, but it turned out enough for him to remember the main techniques and then began to practice himself.
Parents knew about the best practices of the Son, but did not take it seriously and did not think that singing would ever be his profession. Salvatore went well in school and loved foreign languages, so after graduation, he went to the Catholic College to receive the profession of the teacher. Passion for music, however, did not leave him in those years.
In 1959, the young man took part in the Radio Luxembourg competition and unexpectedly took 1st place for himself. Then his voice first sounded on the air and became known throughout the country. Adamo remembers how he was almost kicked out of the preliminary listening: from the hall somehow shouted that he was "disgusting to be disgusting" and "who alone alone to sing."
A participant in the admissions commission was interceded for him, and only after that, Salvatore was able to finish the performance. The young man won a loud victory and won the large amount he spent on the Opel Olympia car - a gift from father. This success for a long time determined the adamo musical career. The lyrical topic was first clearly manifested in Si J'osais song, after which the glory of a sensual and refined performer was entrusted to the Salvatore. In the compositions of his authorship, the influence of French poetry, in particular Baudelaire and Villine, as well as the intonation of the Brel and Brasrsens, was easily traced. Gradually, dance motives were gone from the work of Adamo, giving way to thoughtful slow melodies.
In 1963, the Debut Album of the singer "63/64" came out. Personal life

Antoni's eldest son became a pilot, and the younger Benjamen and the daughter of Amelie went on parental footsteps and became musicians.
