The history of creation and composition

The history of the creation of a musical team of Guano Apes originates in 1994 at the University Town of Gottingen, located in Germany. It was there who became acquainted and became friends of the participants in the alternative group - guitarist Henning Ryumanpp, Drummer Dennis Svetat and Basist Stefan Ude.

The guys could not achieve at least some popularity until they met Sandra Nasich. One day, novice musicians went to the bar after another rehearsal, in which a vulnerable girl worked. By consulting a fair amount of beer, a noisy company decided to fulfill some songs. Sandra liked the music of rockers, so she joined them.

What was the surprise of the musical Trinity, when they heard how powerful vocals from a simple employee of the bar. They at the same evening offered Nasich to become a soloist of their team. The guys gave their team to the name Guano Apes and began for active rehearsals.

The debut concert of the Guano Apes group in the new composition passed in the cafeteria at the local school. Musicians bought a beer drawer for breeding from speaking. For several months, a little-known team performed only on small clubs. In one of the nightly institutions of the musicians, Bierin Grall, who subsequently became their official manager.

Having enlisted by the help of a professional, Guano Apes over the next year was given over a hundred concerts. With each new speech, the band members became more confident, and their popularity was growing steadily at home. However, the artists did not suit the title of local celebrities - young people were dreaming about a world care career. And they decided to begin with the conquest of the United States of America.

By the end of 1997, Guano Apes accumulated a sufficient amount of material in order to publish a debut plate. The manager of Biern Gloll immediately began negotiations with some recording studios from New York.

Soon after that, the guys were invited to take part in a major music festival in Texas, following which Guano Apes signed a contract with Gun Records. It became a serious success for novice rock musicians, because before that, only such German giants, like Scorpions and Rammstein, managed to conquer the confidence of Americans. The guys immediately realized that to conquer America - not the easiest task, but success did not make himself wait long.

Music

After the release of the first album called the Proud Like A God, which received the status of the most successful English-speaking debut of all times in Germany, Guano Apes fell to the top lines of American and European charts, where they remained for longer than a year. In many respects, the success of an alternative group influenced the hits of Open Your Eyes and Lords of The Boards, the second of which became the official anthem of the snowboard championship in Europe.

The conquest of America lasted until September 1999, when almost 2 years after the European presentation, the Prob Like A GOD album premiere was held and over the ocean. The plate used there in great interest, but the success did not too much insolent musicians, so they continued to work hard.

The result became released in March of the 2000th single called Big In Japan, which was published in support of a new full-length disc. The song, which is a cover version popular in the 1980s track of Alphaville, has not less than a hit than Lords of the Boards.

On May 2, 2003, in European music stores, the second studio album Guano Apes, entitled Don't Give Me Names. A still pair of singles, such as Break The Line and Pretty in Scarlet, which influenced the fact that the record was quickly received by gold status, and Guano Apes themselves were declared the best German team at the MTV Europe Music Awards music ceremony.

In October of the same year, a DVD-disk was released, which included an Amsterdam concert, an audiolastine, more than a hundred photos, official clips of the group, and in addition, interviews with participants.

In the 2005th alternative group of Guano Apes, to the surprise of fans, announced his decay. After this sad event, the team released a collection of songs called The Best & The Lost (T) Apes in December next year. On this plate contained unnecessary demo recorded in 1994 and 1995.

Drummer Guano Apes Dennis Svetat shaped his new team, calling him Tamoto. In the group, he also played when recording the album on the drums and guitar, and also sang together with Markus gambell, known as G-Ball. Basist Stefan Ude also took part in creating a debut album for the team of his former colleague and a friend. The founder of Guano Apes and the guitarist Henning Ryumanpp concentrated mostly on the activities of "behind the scenes" in his own recording studio, where he helped to reveal the talents to young performers.

3 months after official parting, the Guano Apes participants gathered again in one studio. According to Henning Ryumanppa, they did not even think about creating a new team, they just wanted to work together to create music.

In 2006, Dennis Svetat met vocalist Charles Simmons at the Frankfurt Exhibition Musik Messe, emigrated from America to Germany for 15 years earlier. Men accelerated in a conversation, and Simmons told that he was tired of participating in frivolous show and club projects, his dream is to become part of something large, with plenty of energy and power.

Thus, the soloist joined the three former participants in Guano Apes, together with which IO group organized. The team from the moment of creation took part in more than 50 concerts. The new group presented her debut plate called for the Massees on August 1, 2008. However, soon their musical activity was suspended due to the fact that Guano Apes decided to re-reunite in the original composition.

In the next summer of next year, the alternative quartet gathered together with the aim of working out a series of seasonal festivals. The debut performance of the group several years later, silence was held on May 10, 2009 in Portugal at the Enterro Da Gata Festival. And in early 2010, Guano Apes played concerts in Russia and Ukraine, in particular in Moscow, Kiev and Krasnodar.

The plate instantly occupied a leading place in the music charts of Germany. Quartet released 4 singles from this album, entitled to the Ships Arrive, Oh What A Night, This Time, Sunday Lover.

At the beginning of the summer of 2012, the alternative group took part in one of the largest rock festivals of Rock Am Ring.
